Return Policy

Problems?  We will try to resolve them, if you notify us of any defect within a reasonable time period (30 days).  Should you believe you have a defective product, you must contact us first and we will tell you how to proceed.  Sometimes the item needs to be returned to us, and sometimes directly to the manufacturer or supplier for inspection.  All needs to be done within 30 days of purchase.  The suppliers and manufactures put limits on what we can do, but we will try our best to rectify any problems with defective merchandise.  You must contact us first.  This is limited to replacement or repair if the item is deemed defective. If it is determined not to be defective, the buyer will bear costs for return of the items back to the buyer. Please contact us at once so we can try to resolve the issue in a timely fashion.
